Primark Haul

I am a massive sales shopper and love nothing more then a good a bargain.  Hence Primark being on of my favourite places to shop.

I recently picked up a few little gems for a bargain price. One of my favourites being the floral blazer which was only £3!! I also picked up some gorgeous tops (the same top for £3 each in peach and the same in black) and  the two dresses were both £5 each. I particularly love the floral dress with an open back paired with the white blazer for spring. The white blazer was £15.

CLOTHES SHOW LIVE HAUL

If you haven't already read my previous blog post on clothes show live you can have a look here!

I had a great time at clothes show live and as per usual spent way too much money on stuff I really do not need. I feel like in this post the pictures really do a lot of the talking, however I was mainly in the search for bargains when I was there and picked up some really  nice dresses at really cheap prices. I also fell in love with the pair of black Levi shorts which were only £15!

Every year I buy the models own goodie bag for just £10 as its always a winner. You get any 3 full sized products of your choice as well as a really good goody bag which I love.

Did you get any good bargains at clothes show live?

What did you think of the day if you went?

CLOTHES SHOW LIVE 2014

Every year when I head to clothes show live, I always end up coming home with no money and lots of new products and clothes that I really do not need in my life. Clothes show live 2014 went down pretty much the same as my previous visits.

If you don't know what clothes show live is its basically a massive fashion and beauty convention with celebrity guests, designer to vintage clothing stalls, makeup bargains and a catwalk full of both up and coming and established designers.

Unlike most years, when I use to go with my old school, my friends and I booked a coach trip down to Birmingham which included travel, entry and tickets to the catwalk for a bargain price.

The whole day was amazing so ive split this post into three. This one consisting of just photos of the day, pictures of the catwalk show and a haul post which should come later in the week.

Have you been to clothes show? What do you think of the day?

Makeup revolution - Iconic 2 Palette

Being a beauty blogger I could not get away from the hype surrounding the launch of Makeup Revolution a couple of months ago.  Not being one to normally order online I was so excited to see it finally in my local superdrug. I bought a few things but my favourite being the iconic 2 palette.

Its a great budget palette which contains earthy neutral colours. The colours are not just normal natural colours however as I find some are not the common colours that you would find in a natural palette. Making a great all round palette. For only £4 you get a great palette with all usable natural shades to use daily. They obviously are not the most pigmented however in comparison to MUA, they are build-able to get the strong colour you are looking for.

In contrast to the Naked 2 Palette, you get very similar colours and the same amount of product. So a definite dupe if urban decay are a little out of the price range.

Yes the packaging is a little more on the cheap side but for a £4 palette that many are comparing to the urban decay naked palette, im not one to complain.

Have you tried any Makeup Revolution products?

Whats your opinion?

poundland makeup #2

Since my last poundland make-up post I've found myself often popping in for a look round. As you can see ive picked up a few bargains which im very happy with!

Loreal infallible eye shadows  - normally retail for £6.99 each

Rimmel scandaleyes eye paint  - Normally retail for £4.99 each

Rimmel Exaggerate Lipliner  - Normally retail for £3.99 each

Therefore if it was all bought individually it would come to £38.93 however I obviously paid £7. Just like in my last post  I found there was nothing wrong with the products, they all work just as well as if I bought them from boots or superdrug. My particular favourite of this little haul has to be the scandal eyes. After picking one up from Poundland last month I was very pleased to find more colours from the range in stock.

Whats your opinion on poundland make-up? Have you found some amazing finds?
