Lancome - Hypnose doll eyes mascara

I've been loving this mascara for a while now and has recently taken over from my benefit they're real mascara for day to day wear.

Personally I love this mascara for lengthening and separating my lashes as it kind of lacks in its ability to curl them. However this doesn't really bother me as much as some other reviews ive read. By using a couple of coats you can easily create a very dramatic look with the advantage of it being very easy and tidy to apply, especially bottom lashes due to the shape of the wand. As always im forever a sucker for good packaging and I love this one too.

On the downside however the price is a bit of a problem being on a student budget as well as the fact it dries out rather quickly compared to most other mascaras ive tried. Being £22.50 (boots) and drying up every 2-3 months I really do have to save a bit to repurchase.

Thanks for reading,

*on the rest of my face I only have on foundation and a Revlon shadow through my eyebrows*

MAC - sheen supreme lipstick - supreme style

This lipstick is currently my go to college lipstick as it is such a beautiful pinky nude colour.
The lipstick itself also gets full marks as its very thick and smooth texture which I love however isn't sticky which is the last thing I want when having a busy day either running round college to get to lessons or just being in the library revising . It has a nice amount of shimmer, just not enough to draw too much attention by being too in your face.
I also love the packaging on these supreme style lipsticks but I do love all MAC packaging anyway so its not that hard to please me, they are just very sleek and simple.

Defiantly a current favourite,

Recent chilled music loves

Normally my music taste is very varied! I  enjoy anything from rock to indie pop to musicals and Disney songs if im in the right mood. However as this month has already consisted of  8 AS level exams and I have 2 more coming up next week, my chilled playlist hasn't stopped.

One of my major loves is a boy called Jackson Perkins. I actually sent Jackson a bit of a fan girl email a couple of months ago after listening to one of his live shows and loving him for a few years. It might be said I was little excited when I received a lovely email back, a tweet and a re tweet and a favourite. He has an amazing talent and deserves so many more subscribers. BIG LOVE.

Another big love is these boys who ive also loved for a long time, and was extremely shocked when I heard them on radio 1 the other day.

Perfect revision music from both of them!

Thanks for reading and listening!

Revlon Just Bitten kissable balm stain

'romantic'

'honey'

'crush'

They are highly pigmented and creamier then I first expected them to be. Time wise they do last a decent amount of time but you do need a couple of touch ups during a long day to keep a full colour. There is a large colour range to choose from, I have romantic, crush  and honey . (a nude, a red and a darker purple colour)

Smell wise, they smell strongly of mint which some people may really like, like me. However im guessing a large percentage of people wont enjoy the smell.  I would personally prefer them to be sent free especially as it not an extremely cheap product / brand.

Price wise, they are not the cheapest chuddy stick type item on the market but for the quality they are not overly expensive. I bought 2 of the products in an a 2 for £10 deal at super-drug a while ago however they normal retail for £7.99.

The packaging I really like. It is compared to the Clinque chubby stick especially packaging wise which is nice as it does have a higher end brand feel.

So that's it, I would definitely repurchase and try out any more colours.

So what do you think of these Revlon balm stains?

Back with a BANG!

Hello all and welcome to a new chapter in my blogging life!

After much deliberation I decided to leave my old blog as it was as it was getting to the point were I wasn't happy with it and had given up. Since my last post on my old blog, a lot has changed! I've had to deal with A levels, made an amazing group of new friends, changed my whole wardrobe and spent way too much money updating my make-up collection. So now as exams are almost done and Summers in the air, its a perfect time to get back in the blogging swing of things with a new url and a new mind set, I cant wait!

So please sit back, get a cuppa tea and enjoy!
