Estee Lauder lip lacquer in Hot Cherry

After looking through my collection I found that the Estee Lauder pure colour high intensity lip lacquer in Hot Cherry has been my most loved this month. I love this collection from Estee Lauder and am always swatching them whenever possible. The red is a very vibrant cherry red with shimmer, the kind of colour everyone needs in collection.

The product itself is very pigmented and last all day or night. It is very thick which I normally don't really like in a gloss however it isn't sticky at all. I love the shiny finish it leaves on your lips especially as they are relevantly easy to apply compared to other similar types of products. Overall a beautiful product.

They retail for around £19.50 which for a high end lip product I don't mind paying.

Have you got any of this collection?  What do you think?

poundland makeup #2

Since my last poundland make-up post I've found myself often popping in for a look round. As you can see ive picked up a few bargains which im very happy with!

Loreal infallible eye shadows  - normally retail for £6.99 each

Rimmel scandaleyes eye paint  - Normally retail for £4.99 each

Rimmel Exaggerate Lipliner  - Normally retail for £3.99 each

Therefore if it was all bought individually it would come to £38.93 however I obviously paid £7. Just like in my last post  I found there was nothing wrong with the products, they all work just as well as if I bought them from boots or superdrug. My particular favourite of this little haul has to be the scandal eyes. After picking one up from Poundland last month I was very pleased to find more colours from the range in stock.

Whats your opinion on poundland make-up? Have you found some amazing finds?

Going out outfits on the cheap - (1)

I know Matalan isn't exactly the first place young people think of today when shopping. However on multiple occasions my mother has dragged me in for a 'quick' look around and ive actually spent a bit of money and found some clothes I really love.

The latest two items to add the the collection I have found a way to dress up which I love so thought I would share. To make it even better ive chosen items of clothing bought on the cheap to pair them with so there is no need to splash out on these outfits at all.  This post will be on these extremely comfy yet beautiful trousers then, then second post will come later.

Outfit 1

TROUSERS - Matalan  - £12
BLACK CROP TOP - H&M - £1.99
BLACK HEELS - Internacionale - £15
BAG - Primark (a couple years old)
WATCH - Next
LIPSTICK - MUA - shade 5 - £1 ( I said I would do it on the cheap)

I really love this outfit but now I just need somewhere to wear it to!

MAC - sheen supreme lipstick - supreme style

This lipstick is currently my go to college lipstick as it is such a beautiful pinky nude colour.
The lipstick itself also gets full marks as its very thick and smooth texture which I love however isn't sticky which is the last thing I want when having a busy day either running round college to get to lessons or just being in the library revising . It has a nice amount of shimmer, just not enough to draw too much attention by being too in your face.
I also love the packaging on these supreme style lipsticks but I do love all MAC packaging anyway so its not that hard to please me, they are just very sleek and simple.

Defiantly a current favourite,

Revlon Just Bitten kissable balm stain

'romantic'

'honey'

'crush'

They are highly pigmented and creamier then I first expected them to be. Time wise they do last a decent amount of time but you do need a couple of touch ups during a long day to keep a full colour. There is a large colour range to choose from, I have romantic, crush  and honey . (a nude, a red and a darker purple colour)

Smell wise, they smell strongly of mint which some people may really like, like me. However im guessing a large percentage of people wont enjoy the smell.  I would personally prefer them to be sent free especially as it not an extremely cheap product / brand.

Price wise, they are not the cheapest chuddy stick type item on the market but for the quality they are not overly expensive. I bought 2 of the products in an a 2 for £10 deal at super-drug a while ago however they normal retail for £7.99.

The packaging I really like. It is compared to the Clinque chubby stick especially packaging wise which is nice as it does have a higher end brand feel.

So that's it, I would definitely repurchase and try out any more colours.

So what do you think of these Revlon balm stains?
